Friends of the Orchestra are people and businesses who have, through their generosity, enabled the Senior Suburban Orchestra (SSO) to continue to bring the gift of music to audiences for the past twelve years. In the past we have received grants and fees for performances however, the present economic problems have drastically diminished our resources. The lack of assistance will cause our organization to limit our presence unless we receive help. Thus the Friends of the Orchestra must help us to continue to bring music to people and organizations that cannot attend live performances. Would you help by making a donation to the SSO? A gift of any size would be greatly appreciated. The list of assistance needed is quite long. Your assistance will help with new music, equipment needs, postage, storage, printing, administrative costs and fees for music royalties. Another way you can help is with a special bequest to our trust fund for the continuation of SSO. Please reflect on what we do for audiences and our needs are to continue to make performances available. It is through your generosity that we can continue “Touching Hearts thru Music.”
